Blob URL partitioning — storage key simulator

Type two URLs — the page that minted the blob: URL, and the page trying to fetch it. The page derives the storage key for each side and shows whether the fetch is allowed under the partitioning rule that ships in 132. A real blob: URL is also minted in your browser.
