<link rel="facilitated-payment"> signals to the browser that a page accepts a payment. The browser (or an installed payment handler) can read this and offer to pay. Chrome 135 extends this to push-payment schemes like UPI and PIX where the payer's app initiates the transfer. The href encodes the payment address in scheme-specific URI format.
