Aggregate qualifying SoftNavigationEntry.duration values by route, while keeping failed heuristic candidates out of the latency table.
A soft navigation requires a same-document URL update, an active interaction context, and a contentful paint. Use the failure modes to verify that the heatmap only records entries that satisfy all three.
