Compact media tray

Switch between display-mode="icon-only" and display-mode="default" alongside icon-variant on live <camera>, <microphone>, <usermedia>, and <geolocation> elements. In icon-only mode, the four-control dock collapses from a wide multi-phrase bar into a compact 44×44px icon cluster that fits narrow mobile picture-in-picture overlays and map corners.
